At Walden Local Meat, we stand behind every cut we send. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
The Walden Way Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product you received, please contact us so our Member Experience team can review the issue and make it right.
Once reviewed, we will provide a remedy, such as store credit or a replacement product in a future order. Our Member Experience team will determine the remedy based on the situation.

Your order number
The product name
A brief description of the issue
A photo, if applicable (this helps us improve quality with our farmers and butchers)
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is: damaged, incorrect, missing or not up to Walden standards, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept physical returns. All items are final sale.
